Why most business should own a business pay-bill number



Pay bill Number is a number that's  acquired by an organization or a business, for the purposes of transactions, in relation to mobile money transfer.According to Safaricom; which is the inventor of the service, it has outlined advantages such as:
  • Is suitable for organizations that receive many payments from the public
  • Gives organizations a corporate personality
  • Is convenient
  • Facilitates timely payments from customers
Truth be told, most consumers would rather walk with money on Mpesa, Zap etc.Its a not only safer, but through the printed statements, one can be able to log their transactions.

Its always good to swipe your card whenever one visits Restaurants or shops, but what happens if you have money in the mobile account, and its that time of the night when most agents are closed?

The pay bill number increases consumer spending, since most business men, carry M-money, and who have no time going round the town searching for a place to withdraw and getting the same response "sina float" message.This also protects the consumer from robbery and gangs that always surround the money transfer agents.

This does not mean one should have a pay-bill number from one company, but all major mobile transfer company, this encourages diverse users to buy your product/service.
